NYC Pilates is a boutique studio with fabulous and experienced instructors, continuing to make lemons out of lemonade during the Delta variant outbreak of COVID - 19!
Although we typically have up 21+ people in our studio during peak hours, we are currently only allowing a few private sessions at a time!
Our high ceilings, two walls of windows, and over 1500 square feet make for an extremely safe place to spread out and do Pilates!
We are also offering private, semi-private and small group classes virtually, via Facetime, Skype, Facebook Live, etc. !
During these strange and challenging times, center yourself, stretch and strengthen with Pilates.
We specialize in injury prevention & recovery, pre- & post-natal fitness, including pelvic floor and pelvic strengthening and stabilizing, breath, balance, bone health, and the MELT method.
