Tween Classes: In Person

Pilates 4 Attention and Mindfulness: 10-13 Year Olds

Co-created with child psychologist Elizabeth Capobiano, this small-group Pilates class raises awareness of inattentive/hyperactive behaviors and teaches tools for centering, focusing, and slowing down. Through the mind-body connection, participants develop core strength and stability, body awareness, and self-regulation. It is appropriate for participants with ADHD, attention issues, mild sensory issues, executive functioning deficits, and/or anxiety. No formal diagnosis is necessary.

Teen Pilates: In Person

13-18 Year Olds

This Pilates mat class, specially designed for teens, teaches movement with purpose and mindfulness. Strengthen, stretch, and improve coordination and balance in a friendly and fun environment. Pilates helps achieve better posture and movement strategies for playing sports and musical instruments and for studying long hours. It builds awareness and helps create healthy habits and movement patterns to prevent back and neck issues as adults.
