Movin’ Mamas NYC uses your body, stroller, baby, balls, bands, trees, benches and more to get moms’ heart rates up, flatten tummies, cinch waists and whittle away at stubborn saddle bags.
Movin’ Mamas’ unique combination of Pilates and cardio teaches how to use abdominal muscles properly and work in proper alignment to maximize results and prevent injury.
The Movin’ Mamas workout becomes progressively more challenging as you become stronger. Bodies respond best to change. Be prepared to safely kick it up a notch each week!
All exercises can be modified to the individual’s appropriate fitness level. This is a Diastasis and pelvic floor safe workout!
