This class is specifically for those who have taken the first pelvic floor workshop. Reinforce what you've already learned and delve deeper into breath and accessing your diaphragm, your deep abdominals that serve as a corset for your spine and organs, and the pelvic floor itself. This is a gentle, partially seated (or on the floor for those who can) workout. Bring a towel or yoga mat, a pillow or yoga block, and an interest and willingness to move slowly and deliberately. Women only
